VOLVO C70 1998-04 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ebrake boot assembly slides off towards the left.

2. The center trim with the leather comes off by sliding it off the handle.

3. Detach the metal trim ring from the old leather to get this ring.

4. Take the new boot and attach it using some two part fast drying 5 minute setting epoxy. Use big paper clips to hold the boot and trim ring in place. Once it is dry and secure reinstall the same way.

5. The shift boot pops out like this.

6. Remove the shift knobs to get it out of the car completely (twist off counter-clockwise).

7. Detach the metal trim ring from the old leather to get this ring. Use glue to bind the boot to the bracket. Then take your new boot and press firmly around the boot clip. Make sure you do not cover the clips. Please adhere to the instructions for your glue of choice to make sure you get a good bond. Once the glue is dry, reinstall the boot into the car reversing the steps taken to remove it.

8. To remove the armrest two screws come out to remove it from the car.

9. Then there are 3 more screws to actually separate the cover from the armest. Glue the new cover over the armrest, wait for glue to settle and reinstall.

ENJOY YOUR NEW LEATHER BOOTS!

Useful tip

You have installed a product made out of genuine leather. As you know, to maintain a leather product in good condition, you should take care of it. We suggest occasionally (every 4-6 week for example) applying some leather conditioner/UV protector to keep your leather from drying up in the sun and cracking.
